is a professional graphics artist educated from art schools in Norway
and Germany. Member of the Norwegian Graphic Artists Union. Her art
has been exhibited in Norway, and Germany.  She has mediated art in
Norway, Denmark, Germany, and Latvia, and had her own gallery, Tyholmen Galleri
(Arendal, Norway), from 1986-1996. Today, she's the general
manager of Sørlandsutstillingen, an annual art exhibition covering
the south of Norway. Also, she's the "mother"
of Arendal International Children's Cultural week (started in 1989), and
Kidlink's midwife (1989/90). Anne-Tove describes herself
as "an independent professional activist working to improve life conditions
and cultural offerings for children of all ages."
