Special case: Kidlink

Classes with students participating in KIDLINK projects are granted free usage of the book in connection with these projects (only). The requirement is that the teacher send a notification of the intent to the author of the book.

Assumption: Teachers register their personal copy. Free usage is only granted for participating kids.
